Low-carb bread with soy flour and psyllium husks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g soy flour
  • 25 g psyllium husks
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml carbonated water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and let it rise briefly. Place a heatproof bowl of water with the dough in a cold oven and bake at 175°C for 50 minutes. Then bake for another 10 minutes using a fan oven.
