Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 bunch radishes
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- Herbs, mixed, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of orange juice or lemon juice
- a little chili as desired
- e.g. olive oil

Wash the radishes and slice or dice them. Peel the onion and finely dice them. Grate, crumble, or dice the feta cheese. Then place everything in a large bowl and mix. Season with fresh garden herbs, pepper, and salt (or use a ready-made salad mix) to taste. For a special kick, add a dash of fresh lemon or orange juice and chili, if desired. Add a little olive oil, mix everything well, let it sit for a while, and enjoy. Perfect for grilling.
