Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 260 g soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • ½ tbsp spelt bran
  • 1 tsp psyllium husks
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
