Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 50 ml cream
- Butter flakes
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into thin leaves. Reserve the fresh kohlrabi leaves. Place the kohlrabi in a pot, season with a little salt and a pinch of sugar, and let it simmer for a while. After 8 to 10 minutes, add a few knobs of butter, cover, and simmer gently in its own juices at low heat for about 7 to 8 minutes. Then add the cream and the small, sliced kohlrabi leaves.
