Quick, easy, delicious

Using a peeler or spiralizer, slice the zucchini into thin strips, like spaghetti. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Sauté the zucchini in a little oil and then add the sliced ​​tomatoes. Stir in half a cup of cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, parsley, and tomato paste. Simmer briefly and serve. The zucchini spaghetti can be eaten as is or with potato gratin, which I think goes very well with it.
