Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour
- 100 ml milk
- 80 g butter
- 40 g agave syrup
- 1 egg(s)
- Flour for the work surface
- 20 g sugar
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Knead the first 5 ingredients into a dough. Roll it out on a floured surface. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over the dough. Roll the dough up, cut 1.5 cm wide slices, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
