Tarte flambée with feta, pepperoni and olives

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 110 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 5 peppers, pickled
  • 5 black olives without stones
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the flour, water, oil, and salt into a smooth dough, then cover and let it rest briefly. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) without a baking tray. Deseed the peppers and cut them into thin rings with the olives. Roll out the dough thinly on baking paper and, using the paper, place it on the baking tray. Spread with sour cream and season with pepper. Drain the feta and crumble it evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the peppers and olives on top. Place the tarte flambée on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Check it frequently to make sure it doesn’t get too brown! Tip: If you’re in a hurry, you can also use a package of ready-made tarte flambée dough.
