Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine, soft
- 3 eggs
- 175 g sugar
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp rum flavoring
- 125 ml milk
- 200 g powdered sugar
- little water, hot
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sheet cake
Combine all the ingredients and knead into a smooth batter. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with the water and lemon juice. Be careful with the water; add a spoonful at a time and stir continuously; the icing should be thick and runny. Let the cake cool and then spread the icing over the cake.
