Beans, cream cheese and vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 250 g beans, white beans from the can, drained
  • 200 g homemade vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the cream cheese, broth, and seasonings in a saucepan, stir together, and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the beans and simmer for another 3-5 minutes, or until tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and serve.
