Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 125 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 4 eggs
- 50 g Gouda, grated
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 200 g Black Forest ham, sliced
- 200 g herb cream cheese, cream level
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). If necessary, thaw the spinach in a saucepan over low heat. Beat the eggs until frothy, mix with the spinach and grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spread the spinach and egg mixture evenly on top. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, then let cool. Turn the spinach and egg sheet over, spread with cream cheese, and arrange the ham on top. Carefully roll up from the long side and wrap in cling film. Chill for at least 3.5 hours. Cut into slices before serving and secure with a toothpick if desired. 206 kcal per serving.
