Orange salad with white wine

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 oranges
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

Peel and slice the oranges. Then arrange them in layers in a large bowl with sugar. Pour over white wine. Let it sit in the refrigerator for approximately 24-48 hours. Serve chilled.
