Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 100 g lettuce, leaf lettuce or lamb’s lettuce
- 100 g tomatoes
- 1 egg(s), boiled
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with tuna, tomato and egg
Wash the lettuce. Drain the tuna. Halve the tomatoes. Place the lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Then garnish with the tuna and the quartered egg. 289 kcal per serving.
