Tuna salad with grainy cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • ½ can corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cream cheese, grainy
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Enjoy as a salad or as a spread on bread

Drain the oil from the tuna cans, leaving the juice in the cans. Place the tuna in a bowl and shred it with a fork. Add the corn, finely diced onions, and tomatoes, and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Now fold in the cream cheese. Adjust seasoning if desired. Finally, stir in the beaten eggs. Let the salad sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
