  • 2 small strawberries
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 200 g berries, frozen
  • some oatmeal
  • some flaxseed

Instructions

Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Place the frozen berries and buttermilk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie puree into a bowl and garnish with strawberries, kiwi, oats, and flaxseed. Tip: You can also use other fresh fruits, nuts, granola, or superfoods as a topping.
