Green smoothie with chia seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 150 g young leaf spinach (baby spinach)
  • 1 large pear(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 liter of still water
  • e.g. Erythritol (sugar substitute), e.g. Xucker

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Energy boost for the day

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach thoroughly. Wash the pear and apple as well. Remove the stem and blossom end, then cut both into pieces. Blend all ingredients in batches (I blend twice) in a high-performance blender for about 3 minutes. If needed, add a little more water, depending on your taste and consistency. Sweeten slightly if desired. Mix all the individual portions together in a large jug. I only use organic products for smoothies. Chia seeds are very healthy and are considered superfoods. They provide energy for the entire day.
