simple, cheap and good
Mix together the flour, eggs, yogurt, oil, and spinach leaves in a large bowl (I used a food processor, but a hand mixer should work too). Now dice the raw potatoes, onion, and feta cheese. Dice the potatoes fairly small, and the other two ingredients as desired (you can also dice them slightly larger). Stir in the diced ingredients. Wash and finely chop the chives and flat-leaf parsley, then add them. Season with pepper and salt and add nutmeg, if desired (a level teaspoon is to my taste, as it’s strong). Finally, add the sesame seeds. Pour the mixed mixture into a lightly greased and floured baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes—plus or minus 5 minutes (depending on your oven). My dish is slightly smaller than a regular baking sheet. It’s perfect as a side dish to a salad, or as an unusual party favor. Tastes good both warm and cold.
