Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g corn flour
- 100 g wheat flour (type 405)
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 600 g cream or sour cream
- 500 g feta cheese or drained cream cheese
- 500 g leaf spinach, blanched
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 200 ml carbonated mineral water
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, rose hot
- Grease for the tray

Easy preparation with great effect
Trim, briefly blanch, and finely chop 500g of fresh spinach leaves. Mix the feta cheese or drained cream cheese with the other ingredients and place everything on a large, greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the bottom rack for about 40 minutes until golden brown (if you use a smaller baking sheet, it will take longer). After baking, cut into desired squares and serve warm or cold. Serve with mushroom ragout, tzatziki, meatballs, Serbian bean soup, chili con carne, or with natural yogurt and ham for breakfast. Tip: If you cut this proja into small cubes, cut it in half, and top it with cream cheese, salmon, or ham, as desired, and garnish it beautifully, it also makes an excellent cold platter.
