Chia almond muesli with berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 20 g almonds, chopped
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 15 minutes to allow it to swell. Stir in the soy yogurt and pour the remaining ingredients over the chia yogurt. Approximately 369 kcal per serving.
