Strawberry – yogurt – quick ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 strawberries
  • 4 tbsp yogurt (cream)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp brown rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

done in a flash

Wash and hull the strawberries, and slice them thinly. Place them side by side in a freezer bag, ensuring the slices don’t touch, and freeze for 2 hours (superfreeze will speed things up). After freezing, blend all ingredients with a food processor and serve.
