Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 30 g butter
- 1 small onion(s)
- 30 g flour
- 250 ml broth
- 250 ml sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and slice them finely. Sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes. Once the juices have been absorbed, dust them with flour, sauté thoroughly, add a little broth, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over moderate heat for about 20 minutes. Season the mushroom soup with the sweet cream and parsley. Serve with bread dumplings.
