Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g soy milk (soy drink) or oat or rice drink, natural soy yogurt (will be creamier)
- 100 ml fruit juice
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 2 nectarines
- 2 tbsp syrup (date syrup)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
dairy-free, gluten-free
Puree the fruit, stir in the tofu, fruit juice, and syrup. Pour into a juice jug and chill slightly. Then, once chilled, pour into two glasses and serve.
