Breaded feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • some flour
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. Garlic, dried, from the spice mill
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Saganaki, great as a side dish to salad

Drain the feta cheese. Then cut it into four equal pieces. Sprinkle with pepper, paprika, and dried garlic to taste. Coat first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in a little oil until golden brown. Tastes great with a fresh salad.
