Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oat flakes (melted oats)
  • 1 tbsp orange juice or lemon juice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • possibly honey
  • possibly sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, pour freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice over the oatmeal. Strain or mash the banana and mix this puree into the oatmeal. Sweeten with honey or add whipped cream, if desired.
