Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 figs
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 100 g Spekulatius (spiced speculatius)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the figs and pat dry. Cut 2 1/2 of them into cubes. Cut the remaining half into 3 wedges. Drizzle the figs with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and gently mix. Mix the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, remaining maple syrup, and yogurt into a cream. Roughly crumble the speculatius biscuits. Now prepare 3 small bowls. Layer the diced figs, the cream, and the crumbs. Finish with a few speculatius biscuits and a fig wedge each! Tip: If you like, you can also marinate the figs in red wine, amaretto, or port wine!
