- 280 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 330 g banana(s), ripe
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 ml oil

Children’s cake without sugar; wholesome
This cake is perfect for babies who are starting to eat/chew/nibble and also for kids in general because it is healthy, consists mainly of bananas and contains no sugar. Caution! The riper the bananas, the sweeter the cake. Mix all of the ingredients together; in my experience, this works best with the dough hook on a mixer. Simply mash the banana with a fork and it will cook in no time. Pour the batter into a greased loaf or bundt pan and put it in the oven. I have found that baking times vary a lot; I’ve found it takes around 40 minutes, but it can also take a little longer or less. Please do the test with a skewer; if nothing sticks to the cake anymore, then it is done.
