easy and fast

Mix the flour, egg, 25g of sugar, and milk into a smooth batter. Mix the cinnamon with the remaining sugar in a shallow bowl and place next to the pan. Peel and core the apples, then slice them into rings. If you’re not using them right away, place the apple rings in a bowl of water with a few squeezes of lemon juice and cover. Heat a little oil in a pan or vegetable fat in a deep fryer. Dip the apple rings in the batter, place them in the pan, and fry for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Briefly drain the finished apple fritters on a paper towel, then toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
