Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork. Then whisk it well with the egg, a tablespoon of oil, and a pinch of cinnamon. Fry in batches on both sides in a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you don’t have a non-stick pan, omit the oil from the batter and add it directly to the pan. This may require more oil. Cottage cheese makes a great topping for breakfast or a snack. If you want to serve the pancake as a dessert, we recommend adding 1-2 teaspoons of sugar or other sweetener to the batter, depending on the ripeness of the banana.
