Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch(s) of paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

quick recipe for athletes

Peel the bananas, halve them, and then quarter them. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bananas cut-side down until golden brown. Turn the bananas over with a spatula, then season with salt and pepper. After about 2 minutes, crack the eggs into the pan and let them set briefly. Turn off the heat. Sprinkle with paprika and wait until the eggs are cooked through. Then serve directly from the pan. Bread in all forms is a great side dish. Note: For athletes, this dish makes a great lunch or breakfast even without bread. For me, it’s a quick main course.
