  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Caraway seeds
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion, add the eggs and onion to a pan, and fry the scrambled eggs. Then season with a little pepper, a little salt, caraway seeds, and plenty of sweet paprika (the scrambled eggs should have a slightly reddish color). Serve with a thick slice of buttered bread (preferably caraway seeds).
