Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

goes well with lamb, pork, poultry, fish and vegetables

Combine the ingredients in a freezer bag and then add the meat to marinate. This will make about 500g of meat.
