Spicy marinade for pork

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pinches of lemon pepper
  • some pepper, black
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 pinches of sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for 600 g meat, perfect for gyros, barbecues, pork medallions

Peel and grind or finely chop the garlic cloves. Blend everything into a red liquid and place it in a tightly sealed Tupperware container along with the cut-up and peppered meat. Pour the liquid evenly over the meat and close the container. Marinate the meat as desired, but for at least 1 hour. Then, without draining, sear it with plenty of onion strips. Serve with salad, ciabatta, and Mediterranean herb curd.
