Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • rosemary
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for approx. 800 – 1000 g turkey meat

Mix olive oil with salt, pepper, rosemary, grated ginger and curry powder, preferably in a freezer bag or other plastic bag, add turkey meat, seal the bag, mix well and let marinate for at least 5 hours.
