Lightning-fast egg salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 tbsp dill, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, or tartar sauce
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

When things need to happen very quickly

Peel and chop the eggs, and place them in a bowl. Peel and chop the onions, then add them. Mix together the mustard, mayonnaise (I used tartar sauce), salt, and pepper. Fold in the dill and season to taste. You can eat it as is or on bread.
