Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 10 tbsp ketchup
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Be careful – delicious!
Peel the eggs and slice them. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mushrooms and mix well. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour before serving and let it marinate. I hope you enjoy my egg salad. Note: The amount of mayonnaise and ketchup can be varied. However, the important ratio is always 1 part mayonnaise to 2 parts ketchup.
