Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sausage (Lyoner)
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- some chives
- 8 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 6 tbsp oil
- 120 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Thinly slice the Lyoner sausage, onions, and cucumber. Dice the bell pepper and quarter the cherry tomatoes. For the dressing, combine the vinegar with sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, oil, and water. Mix everything together and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Sprinkle with paprika and chives before serving.
