Meatballs without eggs and bread rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 4 tbsp natural cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 1 large onion(s) chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the diced onion in a pan until translucent and golden brown, then let cool. Finely chop the parsley. Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and paprika, if desired, and knead with the cream cheese. Add the onion and parsley and mix everything well again. Now form meatballs and fry in a nonstick pan with a little oil as usual. This goes very well with a light potato salad or lamb’s lettuce with fried mushrooms and diced ham. The latter is my favorite.
