Beef fillet with peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g beef fillet(s)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the beef fillet into thin strips. Trim and wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash and trim the bell peppers and slice into matchstick-like strips. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, brown the meat briefly, remove and keep warm under aluminum foil. Fry the bell peppers, spring onions, and garlic. Return the meat to the pan. Add the rosemary, soy sauce, and sherry. Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate briefly. Garlic noodles are delicious with this dish.
