Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g whipped cream
  • possibly vanilla sugar
  • 500 g yogurt, low-fat (1.5% fat)
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • e.g. raspberries (frozen)
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

First, whip the cream in a bowl for a short moment. Then gradually add the cream stiffener. If desired, you can also add vanilla sugar. Then stir in the yogurt. Now prepare four glasses that have a relatively wide bottom and not too narrow at the top. Cover the bottom of these glasses with the raspberries. You can add a little more for those who like raspberries. Then add the cream and yogurt mixture. Sprinkle the surface with brown sugar. It is best to leave the whole thing in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the raspberries can thaw a little. Then serve.
