Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • Fruit for the salad as you wish
  • Honey, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Choose fruit of your liking, chop it up, and mix. For the sauce: Add mascarpone, yogurt, whipped cream, vanilla extract, and honey to taste, then blend everything with a mixer – done! Serve the sauce separately with the fruit salad – it tastes delicious and is addictive.
