Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 4 can/n tangerines
  • 10 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 250 ml egg liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar. Stir the egg liqueur and drained mandarin oranges into the sour cream mixture, and finally fold in the whipped cream with the cream stiffener. This can also be prepared the day before and stored in the refrigerator. Decorate with mandarin oranges and chocolate curls, for example.
