Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 20 g butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the oats, milk, and butter in a pan and heat. Stir constantly to prevent the milk from burning. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then let it simmer for 5 minutes on the turned-off stovetop. Season to taste with cinnamon and sugar and serve.
