Zucchini and minced meat stew

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Mett (Thuringian)
  • 300 g zucchini
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Water
  • 300 g potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preparation: Halve the zucchini, hollow out the flesh, and slice. Then cut the tomatoes into eighths. Boil the peeled and halved potatoes with a little salt as usual. Brown the minced meat in a pan, add the zucchini and tomatoes, and heat gently, stirring constantly. Then add a little tomato paste and thin with water if necessary. Bring everything to a boil, season with salt and pepper if desired, and finally serve with the potatoes.
