Quick ramen noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes (Gochugaru)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with Korean chili dressing

Slice the spring onions, setting the green part aside. Pour boiling water over the white part and the noodles and let stand for 5 minutes. Then drain. Combine the dressing ingredients and stir into the noodles. Divide between 2 bowls and stir in the green part of the spring onions. Tip: In the recipe overview on my profile page, you’ll find a recipe for a Korean chili spice mix. Replace the chili flakes in this recipe with 2 tablespoons of this mix for an even more intense dressing.
