Ingredients
 

For the sauce

  • Salt
  • 800 g Canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 5 leaf Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Briefly puree the tomatoes with a hand blender, heat the pan and sauté the finely chopped garlic and fine onion cubes in olive oil. Tomatoes in the pan, oregano and salt, a little pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then keep warm.
  • Bring salted water to the boil for the spaghetti and cook them in it with a light bite. Then drain and add to the tomato sauce along with freshly cut basil leaves. Stir briefly and serve.
