Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes, dissolve the vegetable stock, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the herbs and cook for another 5 minutes. Season the sauce with paprika, pepper, and sugar, and serve with the well-drained spaghetti.
