Ingredients
For the sauce
- Salt
- 800 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 5 leaf Basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 piece Onion
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper
Instructions
- Briefly puree the tomatoes with a hand blender, heat the pan and sauté the finely chopped garlic and fine onion cubes in olive oil. Tomatoes in the pan, oregano and salt, a little pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then keep warm.
- Bring salted water to the boil for the spaghetti and cook them in it with a light bite. Then drain and add to the tomato sauce along with freshly cut basil leaves. Stir briefly and serve.
