Breakfast, vegan, sugar-free, quick, wholesome, cheap
Mix the oatmeal with the grain mix and the liquid, and sweeten and season to taste. Place everything in a bowl in the microwave and heat at approximately 700 watts for 30-60 seconds, stir again, and then heat for another 90 seconds. You can add a little more liquid if desired for a creamier and more liquid consistency. Meanwhile, wash and peel the fruit. Puree half in a blender, cut the rest into small pieces, and fold both into the finished porridge. Then garnish with the almonds and honey, if desired. Of course, you can vary the fruit depending on the season and add a whole lot of variety to this great basic breakfast. You can also experiment with different cereals, such as soy flakes or spelt flakes. Nothing stands in the way of a great start.
