Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 16 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp thyme, shredded
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. In a bowl, combine the oil with lemon juice, thyme, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Arrange the chicken wings skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with the oil mixture. Bake the chicken wings in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the wings over, brush with more lemon oil, and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until browned and crispy.
