Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of pointed cabbage
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 bell peppers
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 1 tsp, leveled cumin
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Cut the pointed cabbage into pieces and trim and dice the bell peppers. In a large pot, sauté the pointed cabbage without oil and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Fry the cabbage until it is lightly browned and the liquid has evaporated. Then remove from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, sear the ground beef (with a little oil if necessary), add the diced bell peppers, cook everything thoroughly, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the pointed cabbage and braise everything again vigorously. Remove the pot from the heat and add the cream cheese. Stir until it melts and then season to taste.
