Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 leek(s)
- 5 m.-large mushrooms
- 75 g cream cheese
- 150 ml water
- 75 g herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the leeks and mushrooms. Slice the leeks into rings and the mushrooms into slices. Brown the ground beef in a pan and season generously with salt and pepper. Add the leeks and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the mushrooms, cook for about 1 minute more, and then deglaze with water. Stir in the cream cheese and processed cheese and simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
