Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g rice pudding
- 5 g butter
- 8 g brown sugar
- 200 g apple juice, clear
- 15 g dark chocolate, 70%
- 20 g cream
- 1 piece(s) of white chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cooked with apple juice
Heat the butter in a small saucepan and sauté the dry rice until translucent. Stir in the sugar and pour in half of the apple juice. Simmer over low heat until the apple juice is almost gone, then add the remaining half. Once the rice has absorbed the liquid, stir in the cream and chocolate, cover, and let the rice stand for another 5 minutes off the heat. Serve the rice in a bowl, grate white chocolate over it, and serve.
