Nut potatoes from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Herb salt and pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Finely slice the chili pepper. Place the potatoes and chili in a bowl. Peel and crush the garlic. Stir it into the potato and chili mixture along with the parsley, sunflower seeds, walnut seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Season with herb salt and pepper. Pour olive oil into an ovenproof dish and add all the ingredients. Place the nut potatoes in the preheated oven. Bake at 180°C (gas mark 2 to 3) for approximately 35 to 40 minutes until crispy.
